Pulte Homes intended to obtain lots from Arroyo Capital to become third builder within the Placer Once master plan development.
ROSEVILLE, Calif. – Nov. 4, 2024 – Taylor Builders is pleased to announce the sale of 141 lots within the Placer One community to Arroyo Capital, a leading National land banking company. This strategic transaction is the first step in the acquisition and development process as Arroyo Capital concurrently has contracted with Pulte Homes to complete site development and then purchase the homesites for homebuilding.
As a result of this sale, Pulte Homes is poised to become the third esteemed homebuilder to join the Placer One community, alongside KB Home and JMC Homes, marking a significant milestone in the development of Placer One. This collaboration underscores Placer One’s commitment to delivering diverse housing options that cater to a wide range of lifestyles and preferences.
